my drivers side turn signal wont work with running light, but will work with turn signal, and hazards. weird?

I was thinking the same thing. Check out the manuals I posted.  You should be able to find the wiring diagrams to trace the grounds for the turn signals.

Um, OR:
Change the bulb.
My van was that way when I got it, the turn signal worked, as did the hazard lights, but the running light wouldn't come on. Just a bulb change should fix it. Unless the bulb is new, then the wiring diagram stuff.

Wouldn't be the bulb as the turn signals are two wire so the bulb is single filament not double. Problem is going to be somewhere in the wiring.
