Maybe it was just an odd, random, strange fluke...but I clicked on the link up top that states "Show new replies to your posts" and when I was brought to that page, I got a warning bar asking to download a file. (IE8 blocked it of course)   Just curious what that may have been?

Do you know what the name of the file was?

Most likely it was a .php file coming from my server.  Sometimes with Linux/Apache servers when you request something in IE the browser forgets to actually open the file in the browser and opens the download module instead.

If it happens again let me know the name of the file trying to download and see if you can send me a screen shot so I can see exactly what is happening.

I figured I'd post this up to let you know.  i tried re-creating it, but it won't do so now, so I figured it was a tiny fluke.  I'll keep my eyes posted for any other occurances, but wouldn't worry too much bout this one.

btw, no idea what file type it was, I ignored the gold bar up top and never let it get to the point of actual download.

Actually, my Avast popped up a little warning when I signed in tonight too... wonder what it was? It went away too quickly for me to read it.

I Clicked on the link at the top (by my username) that says...
"Show unread posts since last visit."

And when that page came up, I got these two major blocks by Symantec (luckily)...

and

Thanks Everyone,

I have contacted the Ad Network and let the know of the virus ad sitting in their inventory.  They are looking into it now and hopefully will have it cleaned up in the next hour or so.  I sent out a newsletter to everyone going to to more details of the issue.
